As a photographer, I like to show the world that no two things are exactly the same. I show this through the beauty of nature, and the identities of people. Many pretty things in nature are overlooked by people. And once these pretty things are gone, the same one will never appear again. For example you will never see the same beautiful sunset twice. As for people, no two people are the same. Not siblings, and not even twins. They may look very similar but underneath they have their own identities and they are their own people. Through my photos, I try to show that they act differently and have different emotions. I try to bring out the emotions of the people and try to make people think about what’s going on. Common subject matters in my work include sunsets, people, and abstract photos. I am inspired by all the people I am surrounded and interact with and by the beautiful sceneries I see everyday. When taking pictures of people, I try to capture their facial expression along with their body language to give off a certain emotion. When taking my nature photos, try to capture the moment and communicate what I am feeling as I see it or what I want others to feel. If I want to create abstract photos, I might purposely make my photos blurry or over exposed when shooting. Or I will put two photos on top of eachother, or change the colors in Photoshop. If I’m not creating abstract photos, I usually just edit my photos in Photoshop using levels or curves. I am excited to show others my photos to make them feel strong emotions or to make them think deeply about what’s going on.
